He seems to think he should not have been sent off last night for the stamp on Motta. From the Times "It is difficult to take because, yes I stepped on his calf, but I don't think I deserved this red card,"

So what exactly is a sending off offence if he thinks stamping on someone isn't one??

Nah. There's a picture in the Torygraph sport section today that looks like he knew exeactly what what he was doing. Can't find it online though.
