Can anyone tell me what the safest thing to do is for this situation?

Driving Test Question

You are driving along a two lane road with a no passing sign posted, then

You come across a bicycle rider.

Do you follow this slow moving bicycle rider for the next 2 miles

or do you

break the law and pass?

You make the choice.

See picture below for a clue.................

I would not want to overtake her, i'd probably break the law by taking one hand off the steering wheel though.

Boring answer alert!

Section number 108: Double white lines where the line nearest you is solid. This means you MUST NOT cross or straddle it unless it is safe and you need to enter adjoining premises or a side road. You may cross the line if necessary to pass a stationary vehicle, or overtake a pedal cycle, horse or road maintenance vehicle, if they are travelling at 10mph or less.

I'd also say to her ' Oi Luv do you always come this way?'

She would then reply 'No but this saddle is getting me very horny'

You would not be allowed to follow the bike because it's on the wrong side of the road.
