The Avenue then Maloncho
Unless it’s changed the green Germany one is for all German cities which have these restrictions: I have one on my (British) and it’s been valid in Koblenz, Cologne etc. Pretty straight forward and you only need to do it once or until you change your car.

That’s reassuring, it seemed unclear, yet kept directing me to a Berlin local authority site. That should be straight forward in that case.

Any one taken their dog with them across to France, and any particular rules need to be aware of while driving. Will also need to find recommendations for vet near Calais to enable dog to get tape worm treatment for return
Yep - a few times but only if we're going for around 4 weeks as the trip stresses him out. Costs a bloody fortune to get the paperwork from the vet in the UK - complete rip off. The driving rules with the dog are no different to here. Can't help with a vet in Calais but it should cost you around €30.

Edited for you 👍😎

Live near cologne and went a few times in my old car which has no green sticker. Didn’t even know about the rule until recently and been here 7 years 😂

Never got a fine.
