Well if you're coming from the North there aren't really any Park and Train options, none that work as "efficiently" as P&R

True, but a short diversion off the A23 west on the A27, first exit down King George VI avenue through Hangleton towards Portslade station, park around there and train it in. Snorted.

Thats what I'd do.
