The Dragons are way too knowing/smug now. Show needs new blood.

Totally - even in the last series, it became so much more about them and their burgeoning light entertainment and philanthropy careers than the original concept which was about enterprise and eccentrics. Even Davina McCall's ancestry was better, I imagine.
