A fine keeper in his time, one of the best at this level on his day although uncertainly those days were four or five years ago now.

He's been a backup keeper most of career, at 33 not too old certainly but is he good enough? Really?

Considering the OP's success with Hughes you do have to wonder whether this is going to be our new no 1.

I'll judge him after 10 games and then I'll start abusing him!

Him or Ankergen is a no brainer.

Stockdale or that finish bloke probably better but cant knock someone who has won promotion from the championship.

If nothing else about then gladly take as we are desperate.

I was getting worried as well. Can't see why we would want to sign a backup keeper from a team that finished below us when we've just received nearly £10m in transfer fees.
