i voted no. the level of political debate and entrenched views on here which largely leads to personal abuse - depresses me and angers me in equal measure. i try to avoid the threads mostly but get drawn in now and again.

But as you say, you can ignore them. I personally avoid all the threads along the lines of "What should the team be on Saturday?" as I find them unutterably boring - but each to their own. And before you say "But this board is supposed to be about football" - it isn't. It's a messagboard for Brighton fans rather a football messageboard. There's a difference.
