Two years ago, I gave up full sugar coke (the red one) and started drinking diet coke (the silver one). I now cannot drink the red one as it is too sugary !! it does work !!

I'm gonna think about it this year and report back !!

diet drinks just as, probably worse for you.. no sugar, but do you really know what those additives can do to your insides..?
