Not that I'm an expert but there is a website, not sure if it's ukswingers or swingersuk that has a dogging section, so I'm told. This lists 'meets' or contacts for people who would like to partake.
It was called dogging because the excuse was that one is taking the dog for a walk, then driving to a well known, but secluded beauty spot, forest walk or park with parking facilities. Apparently you drive in a flash your lights to the other park cars to invite some action and you can either take part or just watch.

I'm not sure I can see the attraction really - Ok so you have a bit of fun in the back seat - and maybe it's a turn on being watched some lonely blokes - but you end up with a car that looks like a plasterers radio.
