Does your mortgage rate end in 2025?

1,250.000 mortgage holders fixed rates will end in the next 12 months.

For most, the rate will increase, and for some, substantially so. Planning is key to help with your budget.

Most lenders' mortgage offers last for six months; therefore, if your current deal ends by 31/12/25, now is the time to research and start a re mortgage process, and most importantly, keep the rate under review until completion.

I have helped many people from NSC over the years.

I would be delighted to assist you. Please send me a pm

Heartily glad to have paid mortgage off a few years ago.

Still got ongoing expenses with Jakarta Towers but will be downsizing in next couple of years to a small bungalow, still in Sullington but walkable into the Village.
