Was watching the video for Walking in the air, and about 40 seconds in he appears to fly over the Pavilion and then the West Pier as it was, anyone else noticed this?

I think the Pavilion kind of gives that away. It's pretty clearly Brighton in all but name.

I might be wrong, but didn't Raymond Briggs live near Brighton, I am sure that there were references to Sussex and the Downs in one of his other books...possibly the one about surviving a nuclear war.
