According to Twitter it’s because the Hannover fans have unveiled a banner which has an image of the club chairman in some crosshairs.

All games seem to be being held up as fans protest against the football federation’s plan to sell off a stake of media rights to investors.
This game had a goal net tired up with bike chains at h:time and tennis balls thrown on the pitch.
It was a great game too, finishing 4 3 to Hannover and was live on sky sports you tube channel.
