Andorra and San Marino are tough ones but with both having around 70,000 population each they maybe have 1 or 2, it is very possible. I mean, San Marino's and Andorra's 1st division is probably equivalent to the Sunday League here. So maybe people of San Marino and Andorra will support some British, Spanish and Italian teams?

Andorra is a ski-resort. Prob has a few passing through it either on hols or working the season.

I would say no, but there is definitely a ranch owner in Uruguay who has heard of the Albion...wouldn't necessarily call him a fan...but he definitely knew that Gus managed the Albion as he is a bit of a legend in their country.
