I bloody DO, my favourite is LIVER. I reckon Liver and Bacon with raelly creamy mash and really good gravy (with plenty of red wine) drowning it all is one of the GREAT meals. Not too keen on heart, I've always found it a bit on the tough side, must be quite hard to cook I spose but I also love KIDNEYS.
The taste of offal is much more distinct than other meats and I think that is to it's CREDIT.
