Out of interenst, if you pay for say a gate to be professionally vaccumed, but a before the vaccuming a bolt shoots out early, should the person hiring have to pay?

They shouldn't have to, but as it can be embarrasing to ask for a refund, it's tricky.

I think it means something like....if you've paid a hooker to give you a blowy, but you shoot your muck before she's started, can you ask for a refund?

Where does the DIY bit come in or is it because of the DIY that the bolt flies before the vacuum has begun?? If so what was the point in getting the hoover out in the 1st place ?
