Can't make the bench - no challenge to forster/murray. There are 5 conference sides within an hour or so that he could commute to. Lewes are doing poorly - he is proven at conference level.
LOAN HIM OUT - he is not going to get any better in the reserves. (or even better sell him)

Elder was raw - but big , strong, good in the air - would be an option from the bench - especially with route 1 football.
