utter bollox. If there is any shred of truth to this spurious rumour, its probably along the lines of a brainstoming session where someone had to play devils advocate. Id *expect* a well run board to fully discuss the situation and look at all aspects of all arguements in order to prepare for the fight ahead.

dont matter
Look, the gist of what i was told, is that a couple of directors(you work out who,1 of whom has a track record of stirring the waters) wondered if it was worth looking at the two sites i mentioned originally.
I would hope there is no truth in it either, but i just wondered if anyone else had heard anything similar,if not, lets forget it.

No I haven't, but there again I try not to listen to people talking out of their rear ends.
One must suspect someone trying to stir up some brown stuff here.

IT WAS DICK KNIGHT WHO SAID 3 YEARS.

BASICALLY THE LENGHT OF TIME IT WILL TAKE TO BUILD IS EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT OF LABOUR AND PLANT THEY WANT TO PUT INTO THE PROJECT, AND THE AMOUNT WE CAN AFFORD TO SPEND PER YEAR/MONTH/WEEK.

IF YOU GO TO STRATFORD, LONDON TO SEE THE CHANNEL TUNNEL LINK BEING BUILT, THEY ARE LITERALLY SHUNTING MOUNTAINS AROUND.

THE OLYMPICS WILL BE BUILT IN LESS THAN 6 YEARS BUT THAT INCLUDES RECLAIMIING AN AREA EQUIVALENT TO ABOUT 300 FOOTBALL PITCHES, DEMOLITION AN GIGANTIC INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, CHANGING RIVER COURSES, AND BUILDING A 80,000 STADIUM, TWO ADJACENT WARM UP TRACKS, 25,000 SWIMMING BATHS,, BMX TRACK, CYCLING TRACK, BASKETBALL STADIUM , PRESS CENTRE BIGGER THAN A STADIUM.

SO I THINK WE CAN BUILD A POKEY 22,000 STADIUM IN LESS THAN DICK'S 3 YEARS.........IF WE WANT TO.

Nearly 600 posts and you *still* can't turn the caps lock key off?

My my, Sussex Education Authority really needs to teach those juniors A: how to type and B: not to use NSC all day in the library
