With players leaving the champions of Europe in droves, would now be a good time to loan them several of our young players to develop?

We have a very large squad with more incomings expected, players such as Turns, Moran, Leonard and Zeqiri would have the chance of first-team football and we would be able to help them out of a very difficult division.

Who knows we might even end up with a £50 million player on our hands.

The issue is, back in the "you can make Ben White a bit better for us" days, they had Marcelo Bielsa - by far the greatest football manager the world has ever seen. Maybe.

They've now got Daniel Farke. f*** knows what he'll do with talented youngsters looking to learn their trade.

But can you imagine the hysteria on here if history did repeat itself?

Bring it on!

Deepest, darkest Sussex
I’d rather we loaned to everyone else to help relegate them further

A more attractive location could be our old pals at Burnley.

Surely Kompany is going to try and play progressive football up there (like he did last season) rather than the (normally effective) shite Dyche squatted out at the top level?

They relied on loans quite heavily last season, they might be a good location for our players that just miss out on the 1st team squad such as Moder or Adingra.

Lol.

Loan them Rushworth and he'll be Leeds through and through next summer and sadly be chained up in the Amex dungeon.

Why would we want to do that?

but I do get the irony!

Why on earth would we want to do that (unless of course you're being ironic and talking about being helped out of a very difficult division down to League One???

I may be interested if they were going to sign some formal public agreement to be our feeder club, but I think I prefer their struggle to be a better source of humour.

Careful - Burnley are a league rival as far as we know - let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Don’t think we’ve ever loaned a player to another prem club apart from Duffy that I can remember - very rare.
