Direct Debit forms

Sorry lads, probably (read know) been covered but couldn't find anything on here nor seagulls website.

I have been told that the DD forms are wrong and the club was supposed to send out new ones.

I have not received the new forms and got a presentation tomorrow. As my +3s are paying by DD (and I can't bring them to presentation) I would need to get hold of these forms today.

Any clever person in here know how to get hold of the correct DD form? Can I download from somewhere?

I believe you can just hand in the 'wrong' DD forms and the club will contact your +3s to sort out the 'correct' ones.
