[Help] Dimmer light switch wiring - huh??!!

I had a similar LED/ dimmer switch flicker. Called an electrian and it turned out to be the lamp bayonet. A new one sorted it but the sparky had never seen that problem before!

I'd swap it for an on/off switch. Much more reliable.

Yeah but dimmers are so cool. You can have a bright light or a nice soft one....... very important to have the right bulb though.
