Without Champions League football, I just don't believe that their finances are that healthy. They have a big squad currently, it may well be that they have to sell before they buy which would give us the advantage.

But two new centre backs this summer would indicate that at least two from Cashin, Igor and Webster might depart (on loan or permanent). The later would only be jettisoned for fitness reasons one would imagine but not having a settled back line is the primary reason for us missing out on Europe in my opinion. Webster's form and leadership has been outstanding but his niggling injuries are so frustrating. Our defence was generally poor this season as it seemed to change from match to match. We conceded the most goals in the top 13, 15 more than Everton!
No-one thinking that it could be JPVH on the way out? There were rumours that Liverpool were looking at him and Newcastle are definitely in for a CB, because they're eyeing up Guehi. Van Hecke must be an attractive option for many clubs

If you believed all the rumours so far Mitoma, Pervis, JPVH, Pedro and Bart are all out the door never going to happen is it?

The difference is that the Albion have already bought one CB and are scouting another. They're not in the market for a no 10 or a goalie. They did sign Watson, so could be expecting a winger to leave, although that could be Adingra
