f*** you and your anti-DK shit.
SC used us (in good reason) to get his name out so he can take charge of a club with money/stadium.....do you really think he wanted to stay for the football in Div2? He's already proven he can handle Div1 with a relegated team.

Nothing worng with DK and if I hear anymore DK bashing I'm gonna start screaming

I agree it cant all be DKs fault but why sign Coppell on a contract if you just let him leave when the first club comes along, PLEASE STAY SC

who else would want to come to us though? SC had no offers in the summer so he chose us to get his name back in the lights of Div1...simple as that.

Tinx......no...I shall refrain for now :D

It's not entirely Dick's fault, but I'm becoming increasingly disillusioned with the way this club is run.

5 years since we've been back in Brighton
8 Different managers under Dick Knight
2 Promotions
1 Relegation
NO STADIUM

This club needs some stability!

Every time something happens to upset the progression of this club, some members of this board use it as an excuse for Knight bashing. Without stopping to appreciate, of course, that without Dick Knight, there probably wouldn't be a club. We have to accept (bitter though it is) that we are unlikely to keep good managers until we have a stadium and proper facilities.

Furthermore, I hope all those people who talk about giving their season tickets back when something like this happens will have a)the balls to do it and b)the grace and honour not to apply for one when and if Falmer is eventually built. If you're not willing to support the club when it's in the shit then you can't expect to jump back on board when the dream is finally realised.

Brighton and Hove Albion doesn't need negative people in "support". There's a club in Manchester for glory hunting wankers like you

Leyton Orient are a very stable club: they probably even use horse manure on the pitch.

Whats all this about stability? It strikes me as a bit boring!

DK needs to learn that he must keep a manager to his contract. Once Falmer is sorted iyt will time for DK to prove his worth, then we'll see what he does.

yeah but NO managers stay true to their contracts, Pardew(tosser) recently for one, if a better job offer comes along for you would you turn it down and say "I am in contract" - course not you'd take the new job which offers more money and a better future!
Common Sense mate :)

If Dick really want's to prove to people he's not limp wristed he should issue a hands off and not allow Coppell to speak with anyone.

Yeah, and you'd be really happy and productive at work if you weren't allowed to move to a different company when you wanted to, eh?

Do you think Coppell would have signed a contract that didn't give him a let out. It took about 3 months to sort so I think we were just grateful he didn't turn us down.
