Seems as if the Knight v Bloom altercation is really happening. We have heard it from so many sources now that we have to take it seriously.

What puzzles me is why anyone would think that Dennis Wise is the right manager for the Albion. Still he who holds the purse strings calls the tune. Looks as if we had better get prepared for the unthinkable.

If the originator of this thread is correct it is a worry but quite often we have had players who were complete arseholes to those who played against them but the opposition fans loved them Denis Wise was one such player. The answer is do not trust the Blooms!!!!

They should be left in no doubt as to the strength of feeling on this, if they're not already aware. Bringing in Wise rather than letting Slade take his rightful place would seriously alienate a lot of fans who have been sorely tested in the past 12 months, myself included. :(

Don't panic. Dick, Tony Bloom and all the board are aware of the feeling of the supporters about Russell. The Dennis Wise rumour is a total non-starter, which has no substance whatsoever.

I'm glad to hear that.

Let's now hope they appoint the right man for the job, and we all know who that is this time round.

The idea of Dennis Wise as manager makes me sick. To replace Russell Slade after the job he has done would be unthinkable. If Tony Bloom does want Wise he is probably the only Albion fan in the world who does.

Plenty of people were more than happy at this time last year for us to replace a proper football manager with a "name".

Slade has come in and done a fantastic job. By rights he should be offered the post. Dennis Wise would only use us as a stepping stone, and would jump ship as soon as a bigger club offered a contract. Russel Slade has more managerial experience, and is far better than that jumped up little lepricorn.

Not meaning to be rude, and I know that you are only passing on what you were told. But we know who Insider is, but have no idea who you mystery man is.
