I havn't mine yet either. I rang the ticket office today and was told they were sent out yesterday so should receive in the nxt couple of days.

I hope this is the case, I bought 2 tickets (1 STH and 1 non STH), my ticket isn't my usual ST seat. This morning my sons tickets turned up so I'm hoping mine is loaded on my ST.

The email states:
Cup Games:
If you are a season ticket holder and you have purchased your own seat, your ticket will be automatically activated on your season ticket card. If you have a member’s card your ticket will be automatically activated to your card. If you do not have an active member’s card your tickets will be sent to you via first class post no later than 3 working days prior to the fixture. If your ticket does not arrive by your last post before travelling to the game please contact the Albion Ticket Office who will arrange duplicate tickets for collection on the day of the game. Duplicate tickets and non member card tickets booked within 2 days of kick off will be left for collection under the name of the purchase holder at the Ticket Collection Point just outside of the Albion Store at the AMEX. We would advise that you bring a copy of this booking confirmation.
It doesn't say about being a season ticket holder and buying a different seat. I don't know what a member's card is to be honest.

Checked my email from the club about my ticket. It says 'Fulfilment' smartcard activation. I'm surprised it's going to be on there when I'm in East Upper instead of the North. Looks like I'll have to write down what seat I'm in from the email. What a pain in the arse.

Mind you, I'm sure I booked East Upper although on the email it's saying " W3W3CW " then the seat number. This may sound stupid to some but I'm very f***ing confused. Is this one of the entrances in East Upper?
