I used to be very impressed with derren brown - with this new series he comes across as a bit of a twat.The lottery thing was insulting to the audiences intelligence as was last nights crap.

I was a big fan of Deren Brown but he really went down in my estimation with that lottery stunt. It now calls into question everything else he does.

I understand that. But usually he uses NLP, power of suggestion, hypnotism and mind games to manipulate situations. What he did with the lottery and the split screen was just technical jiggery-pokery and something I never thought he would resort to. A total waste of time.

Oh please it's practically see through, i used to really like him but this run of gags has been really poor, a trick involving TV cameras could be done by ANYONE, i cant believe h spent a year dreaming that up, no one i know got stuck to their sofa and this next one is equally weak
