However it looks like a few decent ones in the locale, We went upstairs in that second nearest one overlooking the Thames last time, that was ok but wanted to try somewhere different.

Don’t mind getting off the train a stop or two earlier/later but just 3 simple criteria:

Grub
Beer in a glass
No riff raff

Found The Pilot to be decent pre-Brentford pub. A little further away from the ground than others but not too far. The Kew Green pubs are all good too and now much closer to the G-Tech than Griffin Park.

Brentford is a great away day for nice pubs

The past few times we've gone to one of the pubs on the corner of Griffin Park, it's only a 15-20 minute walk to the new ground depending on which pub you end up at.

That's my Fulham pub of choice. Used to go there a lot in the 90s. Hadn't been the last few times until last season and was impressed at the refurb. Food was brilliant too
