We cannot match his ambitions he has only been honest from day 1. He probably did not expect all his best players would be sold over 18 months. Good luck to him. He will win trophies

I’d lay money that Potter or Southgate are more likely to end up at United than RDZ

I'd be quite happy as I cant see him recapturing our peak RDZ form here, and would be an elegant way for all parties to separate company, plus TB would get his compensation. I just dont see any big club actually going for him though tbh.

Can't see it for a second, tbh. the whole new INEOS / Ashworth / Brailsford ethos, is about meticulous attention to detail, marginal gains, etc. Not passionate outbursts and impulsive decision making.

Not suggesting its out of the question, but if it happened it could only end badly (and quickly).

Man United want flair after the borefest of Ten Hag. Roberto fits the bill

Who are 'Man United', in that context? The fans would love him, I'm sure. But the likes of Brailsford and Ratcliffe? They'll (rightly, tbh) want a manager to buy into THEIR global vision for the rebuild of the club - not a hothead who will want things bent to HIS will.
