Any ideas? (We live in London btw!)

At the foot of the downs
You could spend most of your day sat on the A23/London Road queueing for a car park in Brighton. This seems to be a very popular past time for London types at the weekend !!

Think it depends on what he is into Virgs and no I do not mean you:p . If it is a treat for him then find something he enjoys ( outside the bedroom ) and then pick something that goes along the same sort of lines:thumbsup:

Not really a treat for him. Just something to do on a bank holiday that does not involve bed, sex, bed, sex?

Knowing you then bed and sex is not really a treat either:p :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:

Only joking. How about Windsor. Lovely place with some fantastic restaurants overlooking the Thames. You can do the whole castle thing or take a stroll around some of the gardens etc that are there.

Get the train up to Cambridge for about £15-20 I think (from either Kings X (fast train, 45 mins) or Liverpool Street (slower, 80 mins)).

Go punting on the river Cam (you can hire a chauffeur who will give you the guided tour, or better yet let "blokey" try and watch him fall in).:lolol:
Lots of nice old buildings, museums, plenty of pubs.
There is also a tour bus that leaves from just outside the station every 15 minutes or so, it's a bit pricey but you can hop off if you see something you like and then just get back on the next bus that comes along when you've finished - the ticket is valid all day.

Huntingdon is also v nice, pretty close to Cambridge. Depends if you just want to ramble about or go and visit places.
