Notice Gus mentions him as a bit of a mentor in the last programme... there is a director of football type job going atm (although this is probably below DP's pay grade)... he has just parted company with NF.

Not sure what to make of it - a forest mate was cheesed off with him cos he spent the transfer deadline day on 5live instead of doing his job - ie signing some players.

I dont go with this Director of Football and see it as a job for the old boys who are passed being decent manager. I dont think that we need one I would be happier with Gus and Tanno pulling the strings on everything to do with the football at first team level and leave Hinsh with the youth.
