surely a player we should be looking at? played at this level for few years and still only 32

never heard of the bugger. If he's on his way to the likes of kidderminster though, doncha think he must be over the hill for taking on the 1st division (again?) while he's losing his steam due to his age?

Certainly I have seen olden goldies doing well in lower divisions (remember Cross, who I think we got from 1st Div. Coventry? He was a defensive stalwart while we began an ascendant period from the old 3rd Division with Wardy starting to bang 'em in up front) but there's a reason they move to lower division clubs.
