As regards the Coppell situation we all know he's history, gone, hasta la vista etc. However, I fully expect Knight to come up trumps with a replacement and the Albion to continue their winning ways.

UNLESS we lose Danny Cullip.

This prospect does worry me. He is the heart and soul of the team, and while we can win the odd game without him I could see it all going tits up when Coppell joins Reading and makes Cullip his first signing.

Message to Dick Knight - don't wait for things to happen on the Cullip front, renegotiate his contract, give him the Coppell compensation money, do whatever you need to do now to secure his services.

We've just won two games conceding just a single goal (a penalty at that) without Cullip. No need to worry in that department.

Whenever our manager is being nicked we get the 'first one to go will be Cullip' speculation. He didn't even go when he was on the transfer list so what on earth makes you think he'll go when he's under contract? Although he might be good at div 2 level I thought he was distinctly average last season, which is why nobody came in for him.

Er, he's from Reading, Coppell rates him highly, they desperately need a centre-back...no, of course everythings fine.

He wouldn't exactly be a good signing for a team looking to be pushing for the Prem?

Coppell would rather go for Ivar.

Hove, f***ing ACTUALLY.
If Coppel is being give the money we are being told about to spend, then as much as it pains me to say it, I dont think he will be casting a beedy eye over our present squad at the moment.
The only exception may be Adam Hinshlewood.........

Cullip could walk into the Reading team at the moment, just ask their fans...

We'd be lucky to get £250K as well.

On his performance at Middlesbrough, Cullip is Premiership class. And I've never thought that about him before, always believing he fell a bit short of that.
