But when someone posts a link to Youtube or Google Video then the vistor is transported away from North Stand Chat onto a different site. From an advertising viewpoint, any site that encourages sending visitors away from that site is daft. A webmaster is always trying to maximise the number of visitors.

A number of visitors to NSC will probably go on Youtube and won't be returning. Some may say this is a good thing.

It makes sense for people to see the Youtube videos directly on the NSC page, especially for convenience.
