Because he gets treated like a piece of shit by a large slice of Albion fans - at a guess

I'd guess not. He's a professional sportsman, a bit of booing comes with the territory. It'd be a bit childish to let something like that tarnish the memory of the play-offs. That is, to date, the only thing he's won in the pro-game and is from a time when he broke into the first team and established himself in the lucrative world of professional football. I doubt in the great scheme of things he gives too much of a shit that some fans at one of his former clubs give him a hard time, rather he probably looks back at his time at brighton as the beginning of his career and which included the best day of his career so far.

he didn't do anything wrong. Knight promised him a contract with certain clauses and so on that only he knows, he promises to stay in the argus when he came to sign Knight changed his mind and contract......not fair really :glare:

Spoke to his Dad who confirmed this is NOT genuine. Each player had 2 shirts - Dan has the one he wore, the other he gave to Dean Wilkins who collects shirts apparently

Ebay theives!

The bloke should be reported who's selling it!

Someone please post a question asking why he claims it to be a real sale when clearly just trying to rip brighton fans off!

I would do it but dont have an ebay account!

He replied this to me when I gave him a link to this thread.

"That is just a forum mate, the shirt is what he wore that day as you can see from the pictures :)"

I have just asked how the shirt is real and got this response.

"If you dont think the shirt is genuine then please dont bid, however it is real and i cannot enclose the players name for confidentiality's sake"

Up to you if you want to bid, but i'm deffinatly not.

The player is the person who gave him the shirt BTW

In a pile of football shirts
Just retracted my bid, I hate tossers like him, this has happened several times to me now on ebay, but I don't think the people who run ebay really care about tin pot rip-off merchants like him. Oh well, plenty more shirts to view at www.oldfootballshirts.com ;)
