Having been given the post of manager till the end of the season,by D/K. What would/should the board do if by end of the year,Wilkins has not been able to turn it around? Sack him or stay loyal. However with gates sliding now, League Two football and Falmer still undecided. One has to face the reality of BHAFC 'bleeding to death' :albion:

DK will have no alternative but to sack Wilkins before Xmas if the losses keep mounting and the crowds keep dropping away (which they always do in the lead up to Xmas anyway). It won't be Wilkins' fault necessarily, because he's been given a crock of shit as a squad to work with. But in the end DK is the big boss, and the big boss will always sack the little boss rather than get sacked himself via a boardroom coup. Shame, but that's how it works.

I would suggest the same would happen that happened with Hinsh, a move to the backroom.

I would hope so. Wilkins is an excellent coach, if worst comes to worst he should still remain at the club.
