Customer service at Derby County

I can't say I remember reading too much about the disquiet prior to the Derby game a couple of weeks ago, when about 50 ish of us were stranded outside the ground when they ran out of tickets. For those there it was complete chaos with both police and stewards not knowing what to do. Eventually after 15mins they let us pay full price in cash at the turnstiles (after they had found change) and we got in.

Anyway my sister in law complained directly to Derby County and received her reply. With an apology and complementary tickets to the next Derby v Brighton game.

I hope all those who were stranded complained and got the same response.

Blimey, wasn't exactly a sell-out, so that's very poor from Derby.

Still, at least they know we're staying up by offering you tickets for next season
