Brother lived there.
Tried Bengal palace and that was decent enough without being amazing.
Thought spice village was meh.... bland and tasteless, wouldn't go again.

Well, you know how my mind works, and the birthday thing has always caused confusion. Should a birth day be the 24 hours after which you enter the world, or the date upon which you were born ?
I was, by accounts, born at ten to midnight. Which would be a very short birthday to enjoy of just ten minutes. Perhaps I should therefore consider March 16th as a birthday, although I would need to set aside calendar traditions.

Bengal Palace decent enough but expensive - £19.95 for a chicken and prawn biriyani where everyone else is in the £12-£16 region. Tasty, but not incredible. Good portions, decent amount of chicken and prawns ratio.
Onion bhajis a bit too greasy, as were the poppadums weirdly, both of which tasted of the oil they are fried in and coated my mouth. Garlic naan was nice and actually tasted of garlic. Free onion salad, but almost £40 for two biriyanis seems pricey to me for a takeaway (well, delivery).
Preferred it to Moon of India and the others I’ve tried around here, but probably wouldn’t go back. Plenty left for lunch and dinner tomorrow. 6/10, did the job but wouldn’t go back.

Have to agree, will go for non-Seaford curry houses in future

Seaford doesn't have any stand out good curry house.
They're all bang average.

Have to agree to be honest. I used to go to Bradford often when I lived in West Yorkshire and you could barely move for top notch curry houses. I’m sure there are better ones in Brighton and even Eastbourne but I’ve tried them all now in Seaford and they’re all mostly fine, just not that great.

Bradford..... been in that area with work too. Royal Saffron and Royal Delhi in Brighouse, just south of Bradford. Now you're talking!

Omar Khans in Bradford was extraordinary. Some of the best food I’ve ever had. Even the chains like Akbar’s are next level

Hearing that Bradford has top curry houses is like hearing Grimsby does good fish and chips, or that you can get a good lentil bake in the Laines
