if you could read the story of ANY current or ex-Albion persona, player or staff - who would you pick to read about?

Kerry Mayo - That would be one hell of a read. All those managers he has played under. The sheer terror that his own goal may have signed the clubs death certificate etc. etc.

Bellotti, purely to see at what point he realised that he had been found out, and what his reaction was (apart from "fcuk me, get me out of these seats").

And how he reacted to the rumours about his missus getting one chucked up her by a famous footballer.

hypothetically speaking of course, which player would that be. If it were true, which it isn't, obviously

This thread reminds me that I once had a bastard friend who shagged my girlfriend behind my back - and he's still got my Garry Nelson diaries. Bastard.

Barry Lloyd, he was around when things really started to get nasty, many people seemed to think that he was guilty by association...when in reality he achieved a lot with very little and almost got us back into the first division, would love to hear how he managed to pursuade Gotsmanov to sign for the Albion.

He built a couple of very good teams and then the money men made him break them up again.

Small scouser, penchant for wearing elastoplast across his nose. Apparently Jo Bellotti did the deed in the toilets with the former England star. Allegedly. Which is why we have to name the toilet block at the new ground "The Bellotti Crappers", with a cubicle dedicated to "Jo Bellotti" as well.

You could always get in touch with her and see (Contact Jo Bellotti, community initiatives officer, Somer: 01225 366000 or
