Crystal Palace in for cahill

Crystal Palace have agreed a £2m fee for Millwall's Australian international midfielder Tim Cahill, subject to a medical and personal terms.
The 24-year-old played a pivital role in Millwall's run to the FA Cup final last season scoring the only goal in the semi-final against Sunderland.
Since he left Australia to join Millwall at the age of 16, Cahill has established himself as one of the most exciting goalscoring midfielders in the country. His performances last season resulted in international recognition for Australia and to date he has won four caps and scored six goals.
In seven seasons at Millwall Cahill played 249 times in all competitions, scoring 57 goals.

I read somewhere that Cahill was instrumental in Read coming to us perhaps I have it slightly wrong and he persuaded Paul Read to join us.
