I really think we can do it again, we have a better side than last year. Wouldn't be surprised if we won a one day game or two this year as well.

11/2 is a bit stingy for third faves.

We have to return to the form from last season. That is: everyone on top of their game, everyone holding their catches - and Mushy pitching the ball in Portslade before nipping back to take the bails off the top of leg-stump.

Sorry boys, but no repeat this year.

As distasteful as it is for a proud Yorkshireman, I'm tipping the scum from the other side of the Pennines to nick it from Surrey this season.

Yorkshire to win the 2nd Division.

I'm really excited about our chances this year - although we haven't got surprise on our side this time, with signings like Ian Ward and Mo Akram, this looks like a stronger team than last year.

Think the fact that we're Champions will mean other teams will try harder to beat us, whereas last year no-one took any notice until it was too late.

Lancs to win, Sussex 3rd/4th.

What an absolute joke Yorkshire sport is. :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:

FIVE MILLION people, yet no top flight cricket, and next season, no top flight football either. :lolol: The biggest club in Yorkshire will be in division 1 and the second biggest will be in division 2. Pathetic.

The only thing you're any good at is rugby league, and that's only because 3 quarters of the country doesn't consider it proper rugby!

lol @ Yorkshire.

To be fair, Sheff Utd could be in the premiership next season, but i'm sure DessieBoy doesn't need to hear that!

Thanks Trigger! Seriously doubt it'll happen though.

Thansk to you too Simster! You're right though. Football's shocking at the moment, only defence for the cricket is that we've lost too many key players to the England team and/or injury over the last couple of years (Vaughan, Hoggard, Silverwood, Sidebottom, White, McGrath, Gough). We WILL be back though.

No way Lancashire will win, Kent are quite a good outside bet as they seem to have the cash to splash. Sussex have a good a chance as any.
