With all the stuff about SC flying about this has been missed (unless it appeared under a different name).

That final list has been released and to no-one's surprise Hull has won it. However, Brighton makes it as number 22, close behind Bexhill-on-Sea at 9 and Portsmouth at 11, but ahead of Horsham at 27, Reading at 36 and Hastings at 39.

Completely discredited - Winchester was in fifth place due to "the broken bottle culture of violence on a Friday night" - see any provincial town in the UK. Been out many times in Winchester and never seen a tenth of the aggro elsewhere. It is just Guardian readers bitter about places where they arent welcome, and I went to Uni in Hull, which is one of my best ever places to live so my assessment is - absolute shite.
