Unbelievably rubbish stewarding at H Block yesterday. Two blokes turned up about about half an hour into the game, carrying a couple of fairly bulky weekend bags. Stood vacantly around for about five minutes trying to work out where their seats were and obstructing the views of dozens of people. Eventually a steward (specky bloke with a French accent) was despatched to help them out. Another couple of minutes of head scratching (none of the three fuckwits between them appeared capable of reading a Block+Row+Seat Number) at the end of which the steward shrugged his shoulders and just let them sit in the gangway with their set of matching suitcases. Unbelievable! They'd probably have stayed sat there and caused people to trip over them in the halftime rush for the bogs if some bloke at the end of their row hadn't eventually pointed out where their seats were.

If any of the stewards are reading this - YOU BOTTLED YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES. END OF.:salute:

was sat yesterday in h block row behind the latecomers they had seats in differents rows and different blocks but wanted to sit together...how sweet.

Steward was happy to let them sit in the aisle but then later in the game moaned at us for standing up.

This level of muppetry is not allowed it must be sorted NOW.

This steward was not alone it not knowing what to do...he had a conversation with three other stewards one wearing a supervisors coat and they all looked blank
