After talking to Dean a couple of months ago my opinion of him has really changed and he shot up in my estimations of him.

I used to think he was arrogant but couldn't be further from the truth

hes really not arrogant. He genuinely gives his all and the comments he has made have been born out of frustration.

Just my opinion. Firstly his arongance, even the bloke after you said he too thought he was, even though he may not think so now. To go with that, we heard about his behaviour not once but twice. Secondly, overated, I can say he is (and don't need to know him personally) I don't think he's that good, and that's my opinion, and then people go on about how great he is, I just feel he is over rated.
