Covered cycle racks

In the tottenahm programme it says there are 234 covered cycle racks at the amex. I have counted zero. How did the club get this figure?

There are actually 233, but not all covered. 50 are under the railway bridge (40 on the south side and 10 on the north side) we then have a further 183 racks dotted around the concourse (uncovered).
