Coventry - How Are You Getting There?

if your going up from euston to coventry, you don't need to go near nuneaton because its further on

If you are going on Virgin this weekend it looks like you do, as that seems to be where the trains are terminating and the buses are starting. The joys of engineering works.

I was going to get the train from Southampton but the antional rail website says that's not possible.

You have to get the replacement bus from Banbury. I think Sonic and Carrot Cruncher are on something early from Southampton, as they both live in 3 Finger Land.

yeah some gimp at the virgin office just confirmed that replacement busses are in operation all day on saturday (not doubting you UB ....you know how it is) . Route planner says its 9 miles between Nuneaton + Coventry so between 4 will prob just cab it in for apx £4 each . . sorted !

were going brighton to watford junction, watford junction to birmingham new street then to coventry avoiding the busses and but is goona cost £45.00 I THINK

Way there changing at Croyden then watford to Coventry via bus at Nuneaton, then bus back to rugby and back to Brighton via Watford. £24 with YP card.

Coming down from Oxenholme on train. Due to engineering works though it is a bus to preston, bus to crewe and then train to coventry. Arriving at 1:34.

That is correct. We're on the 7.39 from Fareham, changing at Southampton & arriving Coventry 11.22

I'm hoping that a bus replacement train service will be available in the event of any roadworks on the M25.

Buses from Nuneaton or Rugby out of Euston. Dont worry they only take 30 mins and its only a few miles.

Easy to get a cab if you cant be bothered with the bus and theres a few of you.
