Well the Sharks scraped through to finals day and now comes the job of trying to find a hotel room in Cardiff.
The ECB in their wisdom book the finals day as the same day as the Speedway Grand Prix at the Millenium. This date has been known for 9 months so consequently yo have more chance of getting a blow job off Adam El-Abd than getting a room in Cardiff for the cricket

For any others struggling - the "Holiday Inn Express Bristol City" is literally right outside Temple Meads.

Cheers about to start plotting our route. Will have to sacrifice Barnsley at home, I used to use the argument that its not everyday Sussex make a final, however that has worn very thin

Five tickets bagged this morning in the Spar stand.

Will be interesting as we play Yorkshire and Somerset in the week leading up to the final.

The good thing is we are in Taunton for the CC game and only have to travel across the river to Cardiff.
Yorkies are at home and finish on the Friday then have to travel all the way to Cardiff possibly for the first semi.
Hants are also away to Leicester so they have to travel a fair way too.

On the basis that Yorkies will have a very late Friday arrival, and their supporters a very early start, I would imagine we may be second semi-final

That was also the assumption in the club shop today as well, although the first game allows you a bit of a rest refresh if you get to the final

Actully, i f***ed up, Yorkies havent got a CC game, they only have a pro40 game that week away to Kent, so they can turn up comfortably the day before.
Their supporters will still have a job to get there early if they are in the 1st semi.

Yes they were selling block 30, front to back, we got row J. Only two prices Adults over 16 £50 and under 16 £10. Also doing a good trade in Coach travel. I just hope it doesnt go to the resvere day Sunday will be tricky for me.

I believe their has been in the past, the members at Sussex do not travel on mass like at the Albion, and some will go to the AMEX instead
