Could we sue Archer and Bellotti?

Had a sleepless night last night, thinking about the Watford game, the atmos, and the Albion's financial plight.

Seeing as the club's losing money because of Withdean / lack of gate receipts etc etc, could the club sue Archer / Bellotti for getting us in this shit.

If we the Goldstone hadn't been sold from under our noses, we'd be better off in all areas.

So, any legal buffs out there, WOULD WE HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON? COULD WE SUE THE BASTARDS?

Exactly. Paul Samrah discovered Archer had changed the articles of allegiance etc and that it was (I think) an illegal move. So could we use this?
