Cough Mixture - Its a beautiful thing...

I've just sat through an entire 30 minute telephone conference call with my daft colleagues over the pond.....and can't remember a bloomin thing!!!! except I coughed a lot - that way they knew I was here....

all I know is that the clouds are drifting past rather quickly today - and I've put my ink pen in my half full coffee cup - and the world is a little foggy round the edges....

Note to self - always take medication as prescribed on the bottle....
