as we have now had two managers who have left us, do we not think it is a bit daft that new managers are not allowed to bring in their own men.

If I was a football manager, then I would want time to get to know the team. The managers we are looking at also have to get to know the management also! Its seems daft.

I think Taylor and Coppell gave the appearance of being very isolated, in that they did not have their men to bounce ideas off!

If a manager comes in, I would allow him to bring in who he likes!!!

A clear out of the backroom staff is a good idea as they've been around for ages and are bound to be getting stale. Booker, White, Hinshelwood and possibly Wilkins can all go, particularly if they are a stumbling block to us getting the best available manager.

Its amazing how what started off as a West Ham problem, has now managed to shaft the grass roots of football.
Then I guess thats business.
