PB&J is lush Perfect combo of salty and sweet. Also great energy food!

Crisp sandwiches are also amazing. Salt and vinegar with a slice or two of cheese (vegan for me) is very tasty .

Haslet with Philadelphia
Cheese and Bovril with silverskin pickled onions
Cheese, tomato and salad cream with ground black pepper
Roasted gammon with cherry tomatoes and english mustard
Tuna mayo with red onion and sweetcorn
Sliced boiled egg, tomato and salad cream
Roast beef with horseradish

Tomorrow will be the gammon & cherry tomato. In case you were wondering.

Cheese and honey, a wafer thin smearing of honey,not the runny stuff but the spreadable, and some f*ck off strong cheddar. Niiiiiice!

Crab sandwich is a classic. Growing up in Dorset it was traditional fare. The simpler the better. Crab meat between two heavy slices of bread with real butter and a rumour of mayonnaise, drizzled in fresh lemon. Keep you going all afternoon. Nothing better.
