CONFIRMED: Kazenga LuaLua Twitter is FAKE

The most boring story of the summer has finally reached a conclusion.

@footballmillion - confirmed by LuaLua as a fake when he spoke to The Times last year

@KazLuaLua - finally he's admitted he's a fake:

"HAD YOU ALL GOING! for MONTHS. feeling foolish?"

@FrankDanquah dude, the game is up, I admit. The lad is the best footballer in the world though. Peace and Love"


What this does go to show is that the Evening Chronicle journalist who 'verified' his account didn't bother, and just ran a lazy story.

So no more "Kaz said this on twitter" - it's not real. Just as most of us had worked out AGES ago!

there was a problem with this at West Ham with Mark Knoble, some one created an account and it seemed legit then one night he started slagging people off and all this, papers picked up on it, then a few days later came out it was a fake

The Newcastle Chronicle article said that it was a genuine account, and that the football correspondent had checked them with all the players personally - who knows if it is fake, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's just had enough of al the crap he's no doubt had to put up with from both Albion and Newcastle fans.

I've got to admit the initial revelation did get me pretty excited, but I think it would be better if we just waited for the Argus/club to announce something now!
